YoGa is the mental and physical streatching toward that which is all-inclusive until it is real-ized that this all-inclusive Self cannot be penetrated by its own behavior. This realization has been called Govinda, truth-finding and Self-Real-ization. Ultimately, one can only Be the All-Inclusive Absolute.
All yoga, mantra, and pranayama postures and mental activities listed here were intuited and practiced.
- The heart is an extension of supreme Consciousness and unfolds like a flower within it. Notice your spiritual heart unfolding within the ground of Reality and appearing to unfold on each side into arms, and then into fingers. It has been said that the hands are an extension of the heart, but the heart is an extension of supreme Self. The One appears to perform as many while always remaining One. You are the agent of this unfolding. There has only ever been You.
- Hold up your hand and notice that it is one becoming many in the form of fingers. Now imagine the fingers as hearts. Touch the hearts one by one and notice that one is appearing as many and the connection of hearts is only an appearance. Only the One actually ever was. You, this One, is the Heart of all hearts.
- I Am, I do waking meditation. Identify the all-pervasive Presence, aka essential nature, that pervades all of Reality and say I Am. Identify all movement within reality, including ‘your’ mental activities and body, and all apparent ‘objects’ made of the moving behavior that is energy, within the I Am aspect, recognizing it as the I do aspect and then repeat I Am, I do accordingly until your ideas of self have been reconditioned (karma YoGa) to be the always Real, all-inclusive, aspect of reality, true Self, for there was and is only ever That appearing multiple through its, Your, behavior.
- Just being aware is reality being aware of itself, and the simulacrum in the form of the thought ‘I am aware’ is unnecessary, and on the surface, appears to obscure Self-Experience. Spend time just being as you are without thought.
- Exhale fully through your mouth eventually squeezing your core as tightly as possible while imagining the release of all ideas of a separate person and the negativity that comes with them and inhale through your nose purification (pure == the absence of false ideas of separation) as freshness/abhinava/pure Presence.
- Live in the now as all-inclusive Presence behaving as all that is currently happening.
- MaTriKa is a term that has been used to refer to the entire sphere of experience that arises based on the idea of difference and separation. This sphere includes mental relationship games, which includes dual heart games, and their related symbology such as language, etc., called simulacrum in modern terminology, and the related emotional responses to these games all based on the appearance of duality and individuality. Learn to generate an imaginary stable pedestal from which to play this game while remaining undisturbed by appearances, and this includes always remaining pure Presence within the flow of what’s happening now even while appearing to act. This is the true meaning behind the word djed and Djedhi.
- Mantra:
- I, the one appearing like many, perform and yet never become.
- Shiva is That, infinite Sky, performing as this while always remaining the Performer.
- Self is That, infinite Sky, performing as this while always remaining the Performer.
- I, the one appearing like many, am That, absolute essential nature of Consciousness, performing as this within my own sky while always remaining the Performer.
- I, the one appearing like many, Am Shiva, the immutable and immortal Performer. I perform and yet never become.
