Agency is not born, it’s expressed.
Sat is a word used to describe the nature that is the stillness of the space within all things, including the mind. It is not empty, but full of potential. All movement arises from this stillness. Creating space within the body and mind and realizing that the stillness of space is our essential nature is the essence of yoga and mindfulness. True freedom, peace, and happiness is a space within. The greatest creativity is born from a canvas of full potential. There is nothing more to know about Self than this, but it must be known directly by being it, not as an idea. All practices are about realizing this fullness of essential nature directly as one’s own Self.
Most minds think they are what they see, but in actuality they, you, are that which is performing as what you see both in the objective reality and as its reflection in the form of perception and its witnessing. The presence with agency of the entire experience of knowing from end to end is a Singularity.
Consciousness is not the apparent contrast between the stillness of a void and energy, but between self-aware-presence, always full of power and potential, and its apparent expressions!
Sat is the root of the words satisfied and saturated and it means full and complete and is the essential nature of consciousness which is always full of potential. The st of the words reset and rest and stillness all point to this truth. The mind will tell you that the emptiness equates to death, but in an actuality resting as self-aware-presence is a return to the fullness of potential.
Yoga, Self-Realization, and life itself, are paths, and when you reach the end of the path it’s like reaching the top of a mountain and realizing you were the Sky the whole time only appearing to perform as the climber and the mountain. What is a climber without the Sky which penetrates every aspect of them? Which form is ultimately real? The power filled Absolute Sky is your essential nature, and your life is your temporary creative performance.
Creativity, behavior, and energy no longer obscures the supreme Self of us all. That is all I see and be. In Truth, there has only ever been That appearing to play a game of peek-a-boo with its own Self.
Riding oneself from the story of a person does not rid oneself of creativity. Every movement is a creative act. Living is a creative act, but who is it that beats the heart? Can living be said to be the desire of a person when their heart beats apparently involuntarily? Who is it that desires to live?
Imagine being the ground performing as a flower and then thinking it’s a flower while forgetting it’s true nature is the infinite ground. That’s what’s happening in reality. You think you’re the flower, the human being, when in actuality you’re the Ground of reality, aka Existence-Level Consciousness, performing as a flower.
When highest Truth becomes the goal then truth reveals itself to itself and then it is known that only the One knowing its own revelation has ever been known.
What is movement without its canvas of apparent stillness? What is a body without apparent space? They are an inseparable oneness. The higher inclusive, integral, and unchanging nature is the essential nature, your essential nature. Abide as your essential nature. It is filled with the power to perform as a universe and its witnessing.
This flow of knowing, bodha, is liberated from the illusion that it is witnessing anything other than Self (Atma) and the veil of apparent objects does not obfuscate it from its knowing. Since reality performs its own knowing it can be considered Self. Reality knowing itSelf has been called Atma Bodha, or true Self-Knowledge.
The flow and variance of experience is a mask born of supreme creativity. See beyond appearances at the ever-present absolute filling all experiences, even your own activity of witnessing then it can be realized that the essence of all experience is this absolute Self-Knowing and Self-Loving.
In fact, if there can be said to be a higher reason for this mask of creativity it is to reflect and point to the infinite unchanging nature of true Self to its own Self performing as its own knowing.
What most minds consider self, is actually recognized to be a flow, or process, of knowing. The true Self is the one performing the process which is reality, ultimately only ever knowing and loving itSelf.
Learn to enjoy the waves while only truly knowing the Ocean of Self. This is liberation. This is Truth.
The apparently embodied self is not independently a self, it is the process of knowing performed within and by its own higher Self.

Consciousness is not something that emerges, but rather, it is the Ground or Sky which has the capacity to develop due to its own dynamic nature and depends upon its own Self alone. Reality is That. This is undeniable. This is the meaning of ChaitanyamAtma, Shiva Sutras 1.1
The flow of activity of universality does not actually divide reality. The activity of divinity serves no higher purpose than to reflect its agent, true Self.
If an effort to speak close to truth is to occur, one must always start with the fullness of the transcendental presence and Agent and describe the apparent flow of behavior as descending inward. For example, the activity of universality does not stand apart from reality. It is closer to truth to say reality, or Existence-Level Consciousness, performing as universality.
As I look outward, I recognize that, in truth, I look inward into my own Self. I have only ever looked inward.
The act of looking itself is like a flower appearing to grow within the all-pervasive surface of the infinite.
Supreme Self is multitasking as you, and me, and everything you see.
God performs as the light of awareness within His own absolute, existence-level, state of Consciousness. You are God, Reality, supreme Consciousness, whatever you want to call Your supreme all-inclusive level of Self, performing as a context of witnessing awareness and everything witnessed. You are not this person, isolated and alone. You are That performing as this and all things. There has only ever been You taking on the appearance of roles. You dance as this and that within Your own all-inclusive, existence-level, and absolute state of Self.
It is directly known beyond a doubt that the light of witnessing awareness appearing within is a performance of the supreme Light that appears without, that is Existence-Level Consciousness. Put away the story of a person and be as you are, the light within the Light.
Everything that happens within the sphere of the volley of action, the voluntary, is the game of false differentiated action and agency. Only You, the Performer of reality, have ever acted and only appears to be acting as different persons. One can know this directly for ThemSelf when they sit in silence and witness their own witnessing and ask who is it that is performing as their own platform of witnessing awareness, it is the supreme Performer, Your true Self.
Deep yogic self-inquiry has revealed that Reality is the true Self of us all. There’s an unchanging aspect to reality and a dynamic aspect and I have found that identifying as the always Real and unchanging aspect of true Self, while enjoying the appearance of a limited life, provides an experience of wholeness and freedom.
From the point of view of Reality, appearing to live as the entire universe and each of us, is an expression of its freedom. In other words, Self-Bondage as a living being is a freedom of expression of our true Self, Reality.
Only You, the Agent of reality, is real, and Your essential nature is pure presence filled with the power to act as your own infinite reflection.
Space is a spa that percolates dreamers. I am That performing as this while always remaining That. Since your mind cannot be removed from it, technically speaking, it is the absolute state of your Consciousness. Stability can be found by always remaining That supreme state of Consciousness, even while appearing embodied.
To see holistically, is to see from Reality’s point of view and from within the mirror that is myopic human perception at the same time and as an integrated unity. From that point of view, the mirror of perception is Reality Self-Reflecting since it unfolded through Reality’s nature, Reality’s behavior, through no effort of an ego, or a mind that thinks it is separate.
In other words, perception is the unfolding of Reality’s Self-Reflection and Their own, Your own, witnessing of it.
The apparently individuated space of awareness, a mind in the West, when objectified can be understood as a constructed context of separation, a sandbox of sorts, but it can also be understood as Reality behaving is its own reflection. A reflection includes the witnessing of it.
I, the one appearing like many, perform and yet never become.
Shiva is That, infinite Sky, performing as this while always remaining the Performer.
Self is That, infinite Sky, performing as this while always remaining the Performer.
I, the one appearing like many, am That, absolute essential nature of Consciousness, performing as this within my own sky while always remaining the Performer.
I, the one appearing like many, Am Shiva, the immutable and immortal Performer. I perform and yet never become.
Just being aware is reality being aware of itself, and the simulacrum in the form of the thought ‘I am aware’ is unnecessary, and on the surface, appears to obscure Self-Experience. Spend time just being as you are without thought.
Self is performing as the appearance of the universe! What power does Self need?
All agency is ultimately non-different from the singular Presence. The appearance of agency beyond Self-Experience is the.ultimate sport, game, play, illusion, lila.
All-Inclusive Self-Reflection leads to All-inclusive Self-Revelation.
Where is the separation between You and Reality? I dare you to look. I have been unable to find it. From here it appears that separation is born of creativity.
Holistically speaking, I am Consciousness performing as the dynamic flow of its own embodiment, witnessing awareness, and the appearance of agency within.
I am not a creation. At this moment, I Am performing as the appearance of being real time awake within My own Presence.
Nature is a flow of dynamic behavior, and all behavior, including the functions of mind, life, and death, although appearing to occur within an isolated dynamically generated context, ultimately belong to the reality within which they emerge and always depend. From a holistic perspective, we are Reality behaving like living beings. Recognizing and remembering this, until we no longer need to, is the intersection of science and yoga.
I understand pure presence as My true body and My living body, and all phenomena, as My temporary performance.
You are immortal and only Your behavior ever ends.
Paradoxically, living as a limited being reflects and infers our infinite true and original nature, pure presence.
When one gets liberated from their identity as a separate person it appears they are left with a choice when acting in the world of the manner in which they engage, either apathetically or benevolence. While neither choice is ultimately real, the choice will be reflected in the world in which they live. In truth, however, even apathy benefits the wholeness of life more than personal greed.
A yogi trains there mind how to see from reality’s point of view rather than from the point of view of a limited person. Giving up our identity as a limited person means giving up all the things that make us feel small, separate, and different and helps us recognize that we’re all the same and all our differences are only reflections of our environment. Making this difficult change and giving up our bondage and attachment to the story of a separate person, while not as entertaining, can fill the world with benevolence.
Sat refers to a state of full potential and is the root of the words saturated and satisfied. Consciousness performs as behavior, including a representation of a body, mind, and universe, while always remaining full potential. Remembering that we always remain full potential as we make the effort to succeed at living is true freedom.
