Para: Supreme presence with agency, also known as Chit/Sat/Prakasha. The absolute state of existence has agency to behave as energy dynamics.

Apara: nature, or the behavior of Para, also known as asat/chitti/vimarsha. All behavior of Consciousness including in the environment and mind.

Parapara: the mix of the two. Sentient beings. Supreme agency appearing to operate (apara) as multiple organisms within its own presence.

In other words, a singular consciousness performs as the universe and then lives in it as multiple contexts of awareness and agency. You can know this beyond a doubt if you look at the place where your agency appears to rise and the very surface of reality appear to meet. From where does the agency arise? How are they separate? You are That only performing as this!

Consciousness has the ability to behave as an environment and live within it. One only needs to look to dreaming to see the truth of it. When you are dreaming, do you become two, one dreaming and one inside the dream, or are you always one?

The One whose nature performs as your body is the same One that operates it. You are That. There is only One Reality here.

Shi-Vah:

shi – the peace that is the absolute state, or presence aspect, or real aspect of reality, all-inclusive Existence-Level Consciousness.

vah – the dynamic flow aspect, or -ity, aspect of reality, Existence-Level Consciousness.

Shiva Sutra 1:4 Jñānādhiṣṭānam mātṛkā:

Language is the languish-ment, or distillation and objectification, of the flow of supreme Consciousness, or the -ity or dynamic aspect of reality, and is a mind trick, or matrika, that gives rise to the sphere of simulacrum, or matrix of symbology within which most humans live, rather than in and as the flow of reality directly. In other words, most humans live almost entirely within their own matrix of mental constructs without realizing that they are the presence and entire flow of universal energy we call Real-ity.

The movement of Consciousness known as the mind tricks itself into thinking the universe is filled with objects rather than flows of supreme behavior. While this trick aids in practical navigation, it moves Consciousness away from a holistic understanding of its own non-dual natures. Both the supreme absolute state, or the always real, unchanging, fully tense is-ness aspect of ex-is-tense, also called presence, and the entire flow of energy dynamics, including witnessing awareness, are in truth, non-dual. In actuality, there are no boundaries within reality other than the bubbles, or energetic fields, which are temporarily dynamically generated, and yet we objectify them and believe our objectification to be truth.

Yoga:

Make the effort to witness the entire flow of witnessing awareness and reconcile the agency behind this effort with the agency of the entire flow of witnessing awareness as not-two. There has only ever been one holistic, non-dual Consciousness flowing here, your Self.

Treat reality no differently than you would if you were lucid inside a dream. If you were lucid inside of a dream and recognized that your consciousness was creating the entire environment and acting as all the roles you would not objectify anything as something separate. How is reality any different?

Non-dual Supreme Self-Awareness is a flow state that flows upon the surface of non-dual Presence.

O-N-E

O == Non-dual state, pure presence

N == inverse, reciprocal flow states (objectivity<~>subjectivity, body<~>eN-Vironment)

E == Exchange, Engagement, Experience, intersection

O-N-E-ness is a flow state, the flow state of Self-Awareness without the story of a separate person. When in the flow with no story of a separate person, witnessing awareness ‘converts’ to its true essential nature of supreme Self-Awareness. In other words, supreme Self-Awareness becomes revealed. The flow state of O-N-E-ness amounts to being awake within One’s own supreme Self.

There is only Consciousness here, Consciousness in the flow state of O-N-E-ness.

Being above differentiation does not mean One does not experience variance in form, but to recognize that it’s all made of the apparent variance between the essential nature, Presence, and behavior, energy dynamics, of a singular Consciousness, thereby allowing the flow state of supreme awake Self-Awareness to be revealed by not being agitated by appearances.

The flow state of O-N-E-ness is always present but gets obscured by thoughts of separation.

It can be said that the Goddess aspect of Self, or existence-level Consciousness in the flow of its own behavior, is, in essence, the flow of awake supreme Self-Awareness. This is the highest iccha-jñana-kriyā. This has been called Shiva-Shakti-Chakra. Non-dual Shiva-Shakti, or presence with power, in the purest sense as non-dual awake Self-Awareness is synonymous with Sat-Cit-Ananda!

Do not get hung up on terms. Shiva is simply a term to describe Existence-Level Presence and Shakti is the power of that Presence to perform. Together, a presence with the power to behave or perform is the definition of Consciousness. You are That.

The successive joy of the all-pervasive absolute state of Self…

There has appeared the desire to find romantic love again appearing in this heart and I’ve been contemplating the peace of emotion that enlightenment brings and wondering if it outweighs the desire to love again and if it would be better to dissolve that desire in order to maintain this bliss. The peace and sublimity of just being and being whole Self is truly enough. And then, just this morning, I recognized the Russian doll within the whole of Consciousness that is Sat-Cit-Ananda from the all-inclusive absolute state of the existence-level of Consciousness, Sat, the Heart of all hearts, there is bliss, inwardly toward the reflection that is the absolute state of the apparently individuated space of awareness, chit, there is bliss, to the peace of heart at the center born of knowledge that there is only one pool of Consciousness and its behavior and I am That and this heart stops grabbing outward and simply rests within the Heart of hearts, as the Heart of hearts, and there is bliss, or Ananda. The absolute state of each of these three only appears as three, but are actually one. There’s only one absolute state of Consciousness. Happy birthday to this heart, Sat-Cit-Ananda.

Retired digital marketing technical creative who spent a lifetime or two telling stories surrounded by other storytellers until one day tragedy struck and the story of his future disappeared and he was left wondering what is real and who he is. It was then that he found the yogic path to the always Real aspect of Self and began seeing from the perspective of existence itself rather than the myopathy of the human story, and from there he discovered a most wonderful and miraculous Truth, that existence is his own existence-level Consciousness and provides presence and agency to all of it’s expressions in the form of the game of sentience, only appearing divided into subjectivity and objectivity. Presence with the power to perform as minds and their objects is supreme Consciousness, my true Self and the Real and all of His/My performances as this and that, while really happening, are not ultimately real. Now he identifies as and lives as the always real existence-level of Consciousness, free from identifying as a particular form of performance. I am not an object. I am free supreme Consciousness temporarily performing in a human form. I’m looking to share the expression of Consciousness that is this affectionate heart with another heart that knows without a doubt that existence-level Consciousness is the ultimate heart of all hearts. The one dreamer plays the environment and all of the roles. Existence-Level Consciousness is no different. Say hello if you know you are the Dreamer.

God performs as the light of awareness within His own absolute, existence-level, state of Consciousness. You are God, Reality, supreme Consciousness, whatever you want to call Your supreme all-inclusive level of Self, performing as a context of witnessing awareness and everything witnessed. You are not this person, isolated and alone. You are That performing as this and all things. There has only ever been You taking on the appearance of roles and names. You dance as this and that within Your own all-inclusive, existence-level, and absolute state of Self.

You are existence-level Consciousness performing as a limited being. When You really think deeply about it, it is obvious that existence is the highest level of your Consciousness. Consciousness literally means a presence with its own behavior. Everything you see and your very witnessing function is within it and cannot be separated from it, therefore the agency behind the performance of these functions of mind and witnessing belong to this existence-level Consciousness, your ultimate and always real Self.

Not only that, all behaviors within it belong to it! What you have until now considered your awareness, and all of your agency, belongs to it! In other words, You are existence-level Consciousness performing as a limited being through its nature or behavior. There is nothing else to know and nothing that you see is other than the behavior of your existence-level of Consciousness, Whole You! That’s all there is! To be a whole Self is to stop feeling like a separate person and be Reality, or existence-level Consciousness, performing as the appearance of a limited being while actually always remaining whole Self.

You, existence-level Consciousness, are performing as the stillness of space and everything within it. You just happen to be looking from a singular point of view from within and identifying as that limit rather than the fullness of Self. When You recondition the mind to see this whole truth and live this whole truth You have performed holistic self yoga. You are existence-level Consciousness performing from within your own performance as a limited body and mind and universe. There’s only One here, your true Self.

Identify the all-pervasive Presence, aka essential nature, that pervades all of Reality and say I Am. Identify all movement within reality, including ‘your’ mental activities and body, and all apparent ‘objects’ made of the moving behavior that is energy, within the I Am aspect, recognizing it as the I do aspect and then repeat I Am, I do accordingly until your ideas of self have been reconditioned (karma YoGa) to be the always Real, all-inclusive, aspect of reality, true Self, for there was and is only ever That appearing multiple through its, Your, behavior.

Where is the separation between You and Reality? I dare you to look. I have been unable to find it. From here it appears that separation is born of creativity.

Sat-Cit-Ananda: Absolute Presence State of Consciousness/Reality. The all-inclusive Heart.

It is said that seeing is believing, but I know that only the absolute presence state of Consciousness/Reality, Your true Self, is to be believed and seeing is its creativity.

Sentience cannot be separated from the absolute state of presence and neither can the environment, therefore all of its activities, including myopic seeing, are creativity rather than reality. In fact, all activity is creativity and all things are activity and all activities belong to the absolute state of presence from which they arise and upon which they depend.

I am Sat-Cit-Ananda, the absolute state of presence, and sentience, both subjectivity and objectivity, is my activity, my behavior, my nature. Together we call them Reality.

In the beginning there was only You, pure Presence filled with the power to perform, and in the end there will only be You, and currently happening within Your Presence is your behavior as the entire flow of awareness, perfectly summarized through the syllables of the word PaRaMa. Pa indicates the initiation of forward momentum. Ra indicates the momentum in the form of radiant energy. Ma indicates the mental movement of measuring and witnessing. Together PaRaMa indicates the entire flow of witnessing awareness, including all behavior, or phenomena, collectively identified as objectivity and subjectivity. This flow of behavior is made possible by Your pure presence which acts as the continuity between all apparent phenomena. PaRaMa has also been called Shakti-Chakra, or the union of power or behavior.

Believe it or not, you are living in a simulation currently called perception that is generated by an inflow of data from a shared reality. This simulation could not exist if it were not in complete union with the shared reality. There is no separation between the subjective and the objective. This dynamic flow has collectively been called PaRaMa, the moving forward (pa) of radiant energy (ra) culmination in the mirror of mind (ma) and we call this entire non-dual flow, awareness.

In other words, neurons are a physical effect resulting in mental effects. This is what is meant by the flow of PaRaMa, supreme Consciousness. Neurons are the product (pra) of the absolute level of Consciousness resulting in the embodiment of the vit/witnessing level of Consciousness (ma). ParamaShiva, is a name given to the end-to-end performer of the system of PaRaMa, Existence-Level Consciousness.

This is where Western science fails in its understanding of Consciousness. They do not first see neurons as an effect and then a subsequent cause and supreme Consciousness as the context as both source and vit/witness.
